Sonepar becomes the majority shareholder of Factory Systemes Groupe in 2021

Sonepar accelerates its digital transformation and aims to become the leader in the electrical distribution sector by offering a comprehensive range of services, including software solutions.

This acquisition will enable Sonepar to expand its value-added digital offerings in a high-growth market and serve the entire sector with a focus on Industry 4.0. The leverage created by Sonepar's global presence and its customer portfolio will generate many other business opportunities for Factory Systemes Groupe, aiming to accelerate its development and diversify its service offerings.

Today, Factory Software is the exclusive distributor of AVEVA Software in France, Germany, Austria, Italy, and Switzerland.
