Parameter management and recipe execution

Simplify the optimization, provision, adaptation and execution of recipes in production plants with standard formula and recipe management software. Digital recipe management ensures consistent product quality and increases efficiency by automating plant set-up processes and recipe execution. The automation system-neutral software enables the standardization and centralized management of product formulas for use at multiple production sites and is designed for collaboration between operations teams to adopt new formulas faster.

Formula Management

Parameter management and download, enables fast and consistent set-up of devices, systems, lines or sub-systems. It is the key to flexibility for many CPG or food and beverage manufacturing processes.

Recipe Mangement

Recipe management and execution, enables the automation and repeatability of recipe execution in production units, work cells or production lines for batch-oriented and hybrid processes.

Version control of recipes and formulas

Equipment, formula and recipe templates as well as all instances are "versioned" elements. An updated "current" template provides change notifications and forces updates of the associated instances. A new version of a formula, recipe or piece of equipment must be approved before it can be used in production.

Electronic records and reports

Comprehensive history records and reports allow users to view historical information on created, modified and executed formulas and recipes. The web-based user interface provides users with insights into the history of devices, formulas and recipes as well as details of parameter values.

Role-based security and electronic signatures

The software includes the configuration of users and user groups with individual authorizations to view, edit and download formulas or for execution. Electronic signatures are available to facilitate the implementation of life science industry regulations such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 or cGMP guidelines (EudraLexVol. 4 Annex 11)

Web-based interface

The web-based application and user interface enables role-based collaboration between R&D, process engineering and the people and systems that operate the production facilities in the plant.

Connectivity

Connection to any control system through integration with the AVEVA System Platform or in standalone operation through OPC UA (DA spec) support.
