To access an overview of operations, simply open the AVEVA PI Vision workspace. Select the symbol to visualize your data. Navigate through the structure of your assets and tags to find the site, equipment, or data to analyze, then drag and drop the item onto the display. Add charts for visual interest. Configure the style and behavior according to your preferences, name, and save the display. Share it by assigning permissions to selected users. In just a few simple steps, you provide a real-time overview of important assets and processes, accessible from any smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

AVEVA PI Vision leverages data enriched by events from AVEVA PI Server. You can integrate an event table into your dashboard and assign multi-state behaviors to tables or symbols to alert in case of threshold exceedances. Events are color-coded according to their severity, making it easier to prioritize responses. You can review event attributes, compare different occurrences, and annotate your findings for effective collaboration.

Experiencing unusual behavior in your operational data? Open the ad hoc workspace for detailed analysis. Drag your cursor over the trend to quickly view and compare process values at specific points. Easily adjust scales and add average, minimum, and maximum trend lines to gain a better understanding of your data. Get a snapshot of key values at a glance on the summary table. The ad hoc tools in AVEVA PI Vision make exploring your data effortless.

Seamless integration of asset data

Concerned about finding time to add new assets or remove obsolete assets from displays? With AVEVA PI Vision, utilizing AVEVA PI Server's asset structures and models, you can simply build a display and reuse it across hundreds of assets. AVEVA PI Vision detects operating assets and automatically populates your displays with the latest information.
