Data Archive

Data Archive is the AVEVA PI system's data storage and access engine. It can store millions of tags and thousands of values per second over several decades. Thanks to its native support for data with future timestamps, you can even store forecasts, predictions and projections, meaning you can anticipate challenges and make adjustments in real time.

Asset Framework

Asset Framework is a flexible, code-free tool for building custom data models that add meaningful context and actionable insights to your operational data. With Asset Framework, you can describe data in an intelligible way, organise data into logical asset hierarchies and integrate data from other sources. Asset Framework simplifies the understanding of data across the enterprise, facilitates benchmarking and ensures secure, centralised access to data.

Asset Analytics

Asset Analytics lets you transform raw data into actionable KPIs using customisable calculations. Create simple or complex calculations with a user-friendly interface and a wide range of built-in functions. Perform operations ranging from simple averages and unit conversions to more complex calculations such as total energy used or days of raw materials remaining. With Asset Analytics, every calculation is consistent, centralised and visible to everyone in the organisation.

Event Frames

Event Frames allows you to identify key events in your operations. Process deviations, batch phases, equipment start-ups and other important operational events are easier to understand by comparing them with similar occurrences. Compare production cycles, perform downtime analysis or replicate best practice. Modelling is simple and requires no programming or database skills. Syntax can be as simple as "pump efficiency < 75%".
