Presentation
Reliable integration of systems into the enterprise
AVEVA Enterprise Integration connects AVEVA's Manufacturing Execution System and other plant applications with enterprise solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to synchronize master data and exchange real-time production requests and responses between your plant and enterprise systems. This solution also maintains manufacturing continuity when ERP connections are unavailable with automated store-and-forward capabilities.
AVEVA Enterprise Integration key features
Support for industrial standards
The flexible options for message transmission include XML messages, the Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ), File Drop, SQL queries and CSV files, allowing information to be customized and transmitted in all directions.
Guaranteed message transfer
The exchange of information between systems is guaranteed; in the event of failure, the system repeats the action until the message has been successfully transmitted
Business continuity
Rapid recovery from system disruptions and maintenance of business continuity with store-and-forward forwarding functions
Standardization
AVEVA Enterprise Integration Software connects a variety of applications and interfaces to eliminate a multitude of point-to-point integrations. This enables a consistent approach to enterprise asset integration.
Extensibility
AVEVA Enterprise Integration Software enables connection to specific interfaces and communication protocols between systems. User-defined plugins offer flexible options for data translation and system connectivity. The reusability of the plugins supports standardization during integration at different locations.
Configuration
AVEVA Enterprise Integration Software facilitates connections to interfaces and communication protocols. User-defined plugins provide flexible data translation and system connectivity options, promoting standardization across different integration locations through plugin reusability.
Cofiguration and administration
Configure the mapping of XML messages, files, or query data to MES database table parameters Implement role-based security for user actions or roles Example connections for AVEVA MES using XML,files, and SQL queries speeds system integration
Modern and Intuitive Graphic Designer
By leveraging the full potential of graphical objects from the "Situation Awareness" library, you can provide your operators with HMIs that are both modern and intuitive, delivering contextualized information. This results in a significant improvement in the operational efficiency of your operators.
