Machine Downtime Monitoring
Detects, captures, and displays usage events such as equipment downtime or micro-stoppages that impact equipment performance. Ensures automatic data collection by integrating with control systems, while providing ergonomic tools for operators and supervisors to reclassify production events.
Quality Monitoring
Collects production data to aid in the analysis of quality incidents or defects in the production process. Allows for the categorization of issues, analysis of root causes, and implementation of corrective measures to prevent recurrence of these problems.
Theoretical End-of-Production Projection
