Post & Missions

You will provide technical support for our system integrators, certified application developers as well as OEM/VAR and end users
You will analyze and fix reported errors and answer technical questions about our software products and the associated controllers
You will work with the regional AVEVA support organization
You will provide instructions for product installation and implementation
You support application and architecture design
You conduct product training
You document your activities and results in the ticket system

Profil

You have successfully completed your studies, ideally in computer science, software engineering or a comparable course of study
You have perfect written and spoken German language skills as well as good communication skills in English
You already have experience in the support area and handling of ticket systems
You have experience in industrial automation as well as
Experience with computer networks, troubleshooting with debugging and networking tools
You have experience with virtual environments (VMWare, HyperV)
You have general knowledge of SQL databases
You have knowledge of S7, MODBUS, OPC and MQTT, or would like to expand your skills with these protocols
You have initial experience in programming PLC controllers
You have experience with Microsoft Office applications
The service concept and a high sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
Willingness to travel within Germany
